Month of March 2008

Dear Baby,
We are very happy and excited to have you in our lives and can't wait for your arrival. We know you are doing well because I can't stop throwing up! I guess you really love pizza since that's about all I can keep down. Do you think you could ease up a bit? Thanks, Mama

Since I'm writing this later, I can now see that the discomfort I felt was just a minor step in the wonderful process of growing this baby. However, I felt pretty bad at the time, and spent most of the time vomiting, sleeping, and complaining. Oh yeah, and working and studying for Anatomy and Physiology! Needless to say, the second trimester was a welcome respite.
